From November 24 to November 28, 2025, after evaluations from colleagues at Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) and Slkor (www.slkoric.com), this week’s “Weekly Star” is Peng Huisheng, Sales Manager at Kinghelm. In recent work, Peng has actively coordinated internal company resources, independently developed new customers, and achieved explosive business growth. Peng Huisheng is from Meizhou, Guangdong, and is one of the company’s senior and most experienced sales personnel. Most importantly, he is exceptionally strong in customer development, which is the main focus of this recognition.

Manager Peng has an in-depth understanding of our products, after-sales features, advantages, and application scenarios. He also keeps up with market trends and competitor dynamics within the industry. He continuously learns new knowledge and skills to adapt to market changes and evolving customer needs. Peng listens carefully to customer requirements, opinions, and feedback, making customers feel valued and respected. He presents product value in clear and concise language, answers questions, and handles objections professionally—ensuring accurate communication throughout the sales process to avoid misunderstandings.

With strong interpersonal skills and approachability, Peng builds trust and long-term cooperative relationships with clients. Notably, he proactively seeks out new customers rather than relying solely on company-provided leads. He shows strong self-motivation, actively expands business channels, increases touchpoints with customers, and works with persistence and resilience—even when facing rejection or setbacks—until goals are achieved. Peng holds himself to high standards, completes tasks on time, and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility toward both customers and the company.
