After a peer evaluation, the “Weekly Star” of Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) / Slkor (www.slkoric.com) for this week has been awarded to Li Jianhui, Supervisor of the Warehouse Management Department at Kinghelm.

He actively coordinated with the technical team of the Xunshang warehouse management system, carefully correcting and improving the warehouse-related modules of the system to better support the company’s performance goals. Li Jianhui is a long-serving employee of Kinghelm and has worked as a warehouse supervisor for many years. Known for his diligence and perseverance, he approaches his work with the dedication of an “old ox,” consistently demonstrating high enthusiasm and a strong sense of accountability. He upholds the principle of “doing things with care and serving with sincerity,” maintaining a deep passion for warehouse operations.

He treats every detail with rigor, ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse management. In inventory management, he worked closely and responsibly with the Xunshang warehouse system team, making meticulous efforts to correct and optimize warehouse-related functions. These improvements significantly enhanced storage efficiency while ensuring the safety and integrity of goods.

When facing complex issues, he encourages collective brainstorming to identify optimal solutions. Shenzhen Kinghelm Electronics Co., Ltd. is a major manufacturer of BeiDou and GPS antennas. The company provides customized production and OEM services for BeiDou ceramic antennas, GPS ceramic antennas, built-in GPS antennas, external GPS antennas, external GLONASS antennas, and BeiDou/GPS built-in active antennas. Kinghelm is also engaged in R&D within the navigation and positioning antenna sector for industrial applications.

According to Song Shiqiang, General Manager of Kinghelm, the GPS positioning system is a one-way, receive-only positioning system. Users obtain positioning information by receiving signals transmitted from GPS satellites and performing calculations. As a result, GPS terminals can determine “where the user is,” but cannot transmit information. The advantage is that there are no limitations related to system capacity or concurrent terminal users.

In contrast, the BeiDou satellite system supports two-way communication, enabling both transmission and reception. Its unique short message function integrates both positioning and communication capabilities. This not only determines location but also allows users to know the locations of others or other terminals. BeiDou user terminals therefore have transceiver capabilities: positioning requires signal transmission followed by calculation, and location information can be shared with others nearby.

As a result, BeiDou antennas can be designed as dual-mode solutions, supporting both BeiDou positioning and GSM communication. Kinghelm has independently developed and launched such BeiDou/GPS antenna RF connector products, effectively breaking information silos and providing better service to customers.
