International Tech News:

1. According to reports, AMD and Intel are considering raising server CPU prices by up to 15%, as existing inventories for the remainder of the year have already been sold out at both companies.

2. Micron has announced it will discontinue the production of DDR4, with the phase-out plan mainly targeting the PC and data center markets.

Domestic Tech News:

1. The China Institute of Atomic Energy has successfully achieved beam extraction from its independently developed tandem high-energy hydrogen ion implanter (POWER-750H), with key performance indicators reaching internationally advanced levels.

2. On the 19th, Hurun Research Institute released the Hurun China Top 50 Artificial Intelligence Companies 2025. AI chip company Cambricon ranked first with a valuation of RMB 630 billion, representing a 165% increase compared with last year.
