India to Launch First Homegrown Semiconductor Chip by Year-End, Says Modi

International Tech News:

1. Arm unveiled its Neural Technology at SIGGRAPH, the industry’s first of its kind, which will introduce a dedicated neural accelerator into Arm GPUs set to launch in 2026.
