SLKOR’s Chinese Trademark Successfully Registered, Further Upgrading Brand Protection

International Tech News:

1. SK hynix plans to complete the construction of the first cleanroom of its M15X wafer fab by May next year and begin pilot production.

2. Sales of semiconductor (chip) manufacturing equipment in Japan continue to surge. In November 2025, monthly sales exceeded JPY 400 billion for the 13th consecutive month.

3. According to South Korean media reports, Samsung is set to begin mass production of HBM4 chips in February 2026.

Domestic Tech News:

1. Leading manufacturers including SMIC, Hua Hong Semiconductor, Vanguard International Semiconductor, and Eastern High-Tech have confirmed price increases of 5–10% starting in Q1 2026, covering specialty process platforms such as BCD and high-voltage (HV).

2. Siengine Technology has officially announced that its 7nm advanced driver-assistance chips, “Xingchen No.1” (AD1000) and “Xingchen No.1 Lite” (AD800), have successfully entered mass production.

3. SLKOR’s Chinese trademark registration was recently approved and came into effect by the China National Intellectual Property Administration, further strengthening brand protection.

4. The Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, in collaboration with Fugallium, has for the first time internationally succeeded in producing 8-inch gallium oxide crystals using the Vertical Bridgman (VB) method, achieving a major breakthrough.
