Huang Dejun, Promotion Department Manager at Slkor

From October 8 to October 11, 2025, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) and Slkor (www.slkoric.com) held their regular “Weekly Star” selection. After evaluation by colleagues, this week’s “Weekly Star” is Huang Dejun, the Promotion Department Manager. In recent work, in addition to performing his own duties efficiently, Huang also worked overtime to assist with the company’s office relocation. As a long-time employee, Huang Dejun has been managing both the company’s promotion activities and the challenging process of relocating the office from Bairuida to Lijincheng. His responsibilities included office renovation plans, network migration and maintenance, Kingdee system setup, and equipment procurement — a complex set of tasks that, if mishandled, could have disrupted promotion work and business operations.

To handle everything smoothly, Huang created a detailed schedule marking key milestones for promotion campaigns, relocation, and equipment purchases. For example, he planned promotional timelines in advance, fixed the moving dates, and confirmed the delivery time of new network devices to avoid conflicts. He prioritized work based on urgency and importance, ensuring that promotion — the company’s core business — continued without interruption.

Huang also used weekends and off-hours to handle packaging and moving preparations. He maintained close communication with other departments, especially administration, to coordinate vehicles and manpower. Through teamwork and careful planning, the company successfully completed the relocation at the end of September 2025 — a major milestone achieved smoothly.

Slkor’s new office at Lijincheng

According to Song Shiqiang, Slkor’s General Manager, the Slkor technical team is composed of experts from Tsinghua University (China) and Yonsei University (South Korea). The company was among the early adopters of silicon carbide (SiC) high-voltage MOSFET production technology and was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise in 2022.
